Championship Guidelines and Team Requirements
General Rules
- Eligibility: All teams must be affiliated with a recognized university or educational institution.
- Registration Period: Teams must register before the championship deadline specified for each tournament.
- Team Composition: Each team must have a minimum of 11 and maximum of 30 players.
- Delegate Requirement: Every team must have a designated delegate responsible for communication and team management.
- Documentation: All player information must be accurate and verifiable. False information may result in disqualification.
Player Requirements
- National ID: Each player must have a valid National ID (CI) with 7 or 8 digits. IDs must be unique across all teams.
- University Registration: All players must provide their valid university registration number.
- Student Status: Players must maintain valid student status (Active, Passive, Graduate, or approved Professional status).
- Age Requirement: Players must provide accurate birth date information.
- Shirt Numbers: Each player must have a unique shirt number (1-99) within their team.
- Position Assignment: Each player must be assigned to a specific position.
- Photos: Player and delegate photos are optional but recommended for identification purposes.
Registration Process

- Enter team name and upload shield (optional)
- Provide delegate information and contact details
- Add players manually or import from Excel
- Review all information carefully
- Submit registration
